For the eighth time in a row, AS+P is awarded the strongest architecture brand in Germany at the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD 2024 and characterised by resilience, innovative strength, stability, and a high level of trustworthiness.

Every year since 2008, the European Real Estate Brand Institute honours the strongest brands in the European real estate industry. The decision is based on the empirical Real Estate Brand Value Study, which this year evaluated 1,500 brands from 21 sub-sectors in 45 European property markets and included a survey of over 120,000 industry experts.

This year's event was all about ‘transformation’ and the importance that the property industry attaches to it. For AS+P, transformation is not just a buzzword - it is a permanent state to which we must adapt and have always adapted. Our broad portfolio of architecture, urban, landscape and mobility planning guarantees our flexibility and enables us to be most agile. With more than 200 employees, we develop, plan, and realise projects worldwide at all scales, from regional planning to architectural detail. As urban planners and architects, we find new approaches and concepts for the mega trends of our time, consider the principles of sustainable development in every planning process right from the start, and aim for robust, sustainable structures that adapt to the respective local conditions.
